- There are NO exchanges or returns for clearance and sale items - so please choose carefully. (Full price items that have had a discount coupon code applied are OK to exchange/return though.)
-
FULL PRICE ITEMS
- If you are buying a full price item, I'm more than happy to do a swap or give you a store credit for an incorrect size/length (postage costs might apply). This includes full price items that have had a discount coupon code applied.
- I must be contacted within 2 weeks of receiving your item for this to be valid.
- The item(s) must be unworn (apart from a quick try-on) in original new condition with tags.

-
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- NZ Post and Aramex hold responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
- Please follow the included washing or care instructions carefully. There are no returns for items that have been mistreated.
- Items that are individually hand created are hand painted and/or hand made - so there may be very slight differences from the item photographed. I do my utmost to keep things accurate though!
- Printed items may have slight variations in colour (compared to the photo on the website) due to the printing process. Although, we strive to maintain a good level of quality!

Hi! I'm a New Zealand artist. That's me in the picture - being all serious and arty. I used to
make hand painted t-shirts, when I was called KilowattKatie. I had a
blast and did really well.
However... Now that I am one of the many MS folk, I have turned my hand to unusual handcrafted jewellery and other bits and bobs. Raising monarch butterflies amongst there somewhere. It's all a bit nuts really - just like me. But I'm a superhero really - shh don't tell anyone.
"Cecilia Russell started creating these wordy artworks way back in 1994. They've been going strong for over 25 years - ever since the first image in the series (Lost For Words in Enzed) was published.
"Cecilia's iconic Kiwi images have found homes around the world, and are a hit with both young and old.
"Her daughter Katie Russell [that's me!] is the online sales manager for Lost for Words, and Arty Farty Katie is now the home for direct online sales."
